We want your stay to feel relaxed and comfortable, so please do share any feedback along the way. If something isn't quite right when you arrive, just let us know as soon as you can and we'll do our best to sort it out before you leave.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 3pm. Check-out is 10am Monday to Saturday, and 11am on Sundays.
Payment and damages
We don't take a deposit. When you complete the booking form, you'll be asked to tick a box authorising us to charge your card if extra costs come up during your stay. This would only happen in two situations: additional cleaning if pets have been on the furniture, soft furnishings or bed, or damage caused by negligence. Charges are capped at £250. If you'd rather not tick the box, that's absolutely fine, but we'll need to ask for a refundable £150 security deposit before your arrival instead, which will be returned within 5 working days of check-out assuming all is well.
We know accidents happen and the odd thing gets broken. Small items like crockery aren't something we'd ever charge for, but please do let us know so we can replace them. If a charge is needed, we'll always show you evidence of the damage and the replacement or cleaning costs before anything goes through. We only ever charge for actual costs.
Pets
We're happy to welcome one well-behaved doggy. We just ask that they're kept off the furniture, soft furnishings and bed to avoid extra cleaning charges.

Parking
Please park at the rear of the building - detailed instructions on how to find us are provided 48 hours before arrival
Quiet Hours
We ask our guests to please ensure noise is minimised between 11pm and 0730am
Cancellations
If we can't honour your booking for any reason, you'll receive a full refund of anything you've paid.
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours before your arrival. Unfortunately we can't offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival.
